Russell F Morris III    Russell F Morris III, Founder and President of RFM Development Company, has been in the commercial real estate business since 1985.  Russ has done repeat development and brokerage for numerous national credit tenants in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Maryland.  Russ, a husband and father of four children, is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, an active member of Covenant Presbyterian Church, on the board of directors for Nashville Zoo and the Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee, a Past Master of Corinthian Lodge #414 Free and Accepted Masons, KCCH in the Scottish Rite and a Member of Al Menah Shrine Temple.

Stacy Post Stacy Post, RFM's Office Manager, leads the administrative side of RFM Development Company, administers the office and interacts directly with contractors, business partners, financial institutions, and consultants addressing insurance needs, contract dates, change orders, loans, book keeping, and agreement notification dates. Stacy tracks all payments and deadlines for the company. Stacy, a wife and mother of two, has worked with RFM Development since 1998.
