Christopher Koeper

Christopher heads up construction at RFM Development Company. He has 18+ years of industry experience leading projects domestically and internationally. His expertise encompasses all facets of the construction industry including private developments, higher educational, healthcare, infrastructure, manufacturing, industrial, commercial development and highly classified governmental projects. Additionally, Christopher brings a comprehensive understanding of construction, development and management operations.

Chris’ knowledge is unparalleled in developing high-level lean project implementation strategies, planning and coordinating project logistics and deliveries, analyzing and vetting subcontractors and vendors, and making sure all reporting and inspections are done timely. Two decades of repeat clients and projects can attest to Chris’s successful track record of quality workmanship, cost savings, timely completion, and safety.

Prior to joining RFM, Christopher was a Vice President at Skanska, a multi-national contracting company. He attended Southeast Missouri State University.
